Pelatihan Strategic Human Resource Management di Bandung tanggal 27 - 28 Juni 2013

 

Strategic human resource management pada dasarnya adalah upaya membantu perusahaan memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan dengan sebaik-baiknya, dan di lain pihak perusahaan juga bisa mencapai tujuan-tujuan perusahaan.

Strategic human resource management berupa pendekatan proaktif terhadap karyawan. Jelas hal itu menuntut pemikiran yang jauh maju. Strategic HRM menunjukkan cara-cara bagaimana perusahaan bisa memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan, dan juga mencari cara bagaimana karyawan bisa memenuhi tujuan perusahaan seefektif mungkin.

Pendekatan ini mempengaruhi banyak hal dalam perusahaan mulai dari memperbaiki perekrutan, pelatihan, hingga assessment dan pendisiplinan karyawan.
